So, yes, I have a story (it's a whopper), but what you really need to know is this…

If you’ve been living your life, doing all the things and reached a point where you’re saying – It’s me-time, and I need to start focusing on my health, my diet, my lifestyle, then know this, I get it, and I’m here for you.

It’s not about being selfish; it’s about realizing that if you don’t do the me-time, then it will end up being the all-fall-down-time. (I have the bedazzled evening wear, not just the t-shirt). This is why I created Nutrichologist. It’s all about being chilled, no hype, no bs (or bull dang for those who don’t swear), and healthy living resources.

My own journey was full of wrong turns, bumps and wtf moments, but it was all worth it. My mission now – to help you with your journey.
