Privacy Policy

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this website

Greetings fellow online citizens

Privacy policies are a must for websites; unfortunately, there is no one policy to rule them all, which means different regions have different policies.

The following policy is written per South African law known as the Protection of Personal Information Act, or POPI Act, as we call it. (FYI: South Africa is where Trevor Noah, Charlize Theron and Elon Musk come from).

For those not from South Africa, the POPI Act is the equivalent of the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CalIOPPA (California Privacy Protection Act) and covers all visitors to the website.

By using and participating www.nutrichologist.com (the “Site”), You (the “User”) are consenting to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The easiest way to explain it is to take you on the journey as you might experience it.
