Get your clean eating journey started with this workshop!
Clean Eating can mean so many different things and trying to figure it all out can be confusing. Sometimes we just need a little help to get started and to see how the theory translates to meals on the plate.
Join me for a fun interactive class that includes the basics of clean eating, steps to get you started, tips and guidelines, and of course, delicious recipes that we make and eat in the class (including a dessert, yum!).
All of the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free, with vegan options if needed.
You will walk away from this workshop with:
- A understanding of what clean eating principles are and how to apply it.
- What makes an ingredient clean.
- A list of useful resources to get you started.
- 6 delicious recipes.
- Awareness on what some of the challenges.
